Job description
As an IT Helpdesk Officer (Level 1 & 2), you will play a central role in ensuring smooth daily IT operations and providing support to our internal teams worldwide. You will act as the first point of contact for technical requests, delivering efficient solutions and escalating issues when necessary to guarantee optimal service.
Your missions
* Provide daily IT support to employees (hardware, software, network), including assistance to non-technical users, troubleshooting and escalation to back-office.
* Manage IT equipment lifecycle: deployment, configuration, maintenance, documentation, and update of technical procedures.
* Act as the first contact for reception services: welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and supporting general office logistics.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Your profile
* Academic background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
* Solid knowledge of Windows and Office 365 and MacOS; experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
* Familiarity with IT ticketing tools, remote support solutions, and best practices in service desk operations.
* Fluency in English, French with strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-past environment.
