Your role
Are you risk averse but risk aware? Do you specialize in compliance, anti-money laundering, investigations, monitoring & oversight? In your role, you'll:
1. Support the business in managing risk
2. Identify unusual business relationships and monitor risk assessments
3. Ensure compliance with current legal and regulatory standards
4. Advise management and client advisors
5. Perform second line-of-defense activities related to AML risks, including SAR filings
6. Design and operate effective risk frameworks
7. Deliver independent risk assessments and reports
8. Provide controls, tools, training, frameworks, and insights to manage risk
Your team
You will be employed by UBS Business Solutions AG CH, working within the Business Aligned Compliance & Operational Risk Control team during the Credit Suisse integration into UBS. We are a diverse team of 30 compliance officers responsible for Wealth Management & Swiss Bank in Romandie. Your expertise
* Swiss degree in law or economics
* Ideally 2-4 years of experience in a compliance role within a Swiss bank
* Analytical with practical risk minimization solutions
* Result-oriented, assertive, and comfortable with challenging situations
* Strong communicator and team player, able to work under pressure
* Reliable and resilient in challenging conversations
* Fluent in French and English; German is an asset
