We are looking for an AX Junior Consultant to participate in our projects for various clients.
The Dynamics AX Junior Consultant should demonstrate a passion for customer service, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
The Junior Consultant will leverage their knowledge and experience to assist customers with analyzing, testing, and deploying required solutions.
Using their Microsoft AX or D365 product knowledge, the Junior Consultant will ensure successful customer implementations.
They will become an “expert” product resource for our customers, understanding customer processes, assessing the best-fit solutions, and advising on optimal implementation of standard solutions early in the process.
The Junior Consultant will advise customers on maximizing benefits from the solution while minimizing customer-specific work, liaising with various business areas accordingly. It is essential to stay updated with new product developments through regular product release cycles.
Additionally, they will support customers during the maintenance phase after the implementation project concludes.
Availability to visit customer sites as needed is required.
The job location is flexible, with options in Milan, Italy, or Zug, Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* University degree
* 1-2 years of ERP consulting experience
* Excellent communication skills and experience conducting customer workshops and presentations
* Experience in writing functional documents
* Business process mapping experience
* Direct interaction with customers
* Strong consulting skills
* Team-oriented with good relationship-building skills
* Quick understanding of issues and problem-solving attitude
* Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
* Willingness to travel, as it is an integral part of the role
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
* Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist
* Experience with D365FO is an advantage
* Knowledge of German is an advantage
* Interest in process consulting tasks
* Interest in working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
