**Job Summary**
The role of Operations Specialist involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the Wealth Management system and Account Opening Documents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform data input and authorization in core banking systems for simple changes.
* Handle physical archives, conduct client searches, and manage data provisions requests.
* Verify signatures and update client records in core banking systems.
* Support project teams on data migration projects and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
* At least 2-5 years of experience in operations, account documentation, risk management, and AML/KYC.
* Working knowledge of Avaloq and Bank products/services is a plus.
* Firm understanding of regulations and policies.
