Position Description
Licensing & Contract Administrator – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.

Responsibilities
Manage enterprise software and hardware licenses across the program
Track license usage, renewals, and expirations to ensure continuity of service
Administer contract renewals and modifications in alignment with program needs
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable licensing regulations
Review and interpret licensing agreements and contract terms
Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Identify cost optimization opportunities for licensing and subscriptions
Maintain accurate records to support audits and reporting
Support procurement and program teams with licensing and contract guidance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or related field OR 4 (four) years of equivalent experience in contract or licensing administration
Experience managing software or technology licensing in a federal or DoD environment
Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
Experience tracking license inventories and renewal cycles
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts and licensing agreements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Desired Skills And Experience
Experience with SaaS procurement and enterprise licensing models
Experience supporting DoD licensing agreements and intellectual property policies
Experience coordinating vendor compliance and contract performance
Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews
Certifications
Required: None
Preferred: Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification
