The Role
As the
Lead Warehouse & Logistics
, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and future-ready logistics operations. You will oversee both strategic direction and day-to-day activities, manage a dedicated team, and drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational & Strategic Leadership:
Oversee the daily operations and long-term strategy of warehousing and logistics, ensuring full compliance with GMP and GDP regulations.
* Team Development & Continuous Improvement:
Lead and mentor your team to achieve operational excellence while identifying and implementing process improvements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and external service providers to ensure seamless material flow and effective communication across departments.
Your Profile
We're looking for a proactive, structured, and hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
Requirements
* Experience:
Several years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, ideally in a GMP/GDP-regulated setting.
* Expertise:
Strong understanding of compliance standards, ERP systems (MS Dynamics or SAP), and project management within logistics operations.
* Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability.
* Language Skills:
Proficiency in
German (minimum B1 level)
and
English
* both written and spoken - to communicate effectively in an international environment.

Hauptaufgaben
Operative & strategische Führung:
Verantwortung für tägliche Abläufe und langfristige Ausrichtung der Lager- und Logistikprozesse unter Einhaltung der GMP- und GDP-Vorgaben.
Teamführung & Prozessoptimierung:
Leitung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit:
Enge Kooperation mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf und externen Dienstleistern für einen reibungslosen Materialfluss.
Ihr Profil
Wir suchen eine proaktive, strukturierte und praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit, die sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlt.
Berufserfahrung:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Lager- oder Logistikbereichen in der Pharma- oder Biotechindustrie, idealerweise unter GMP/GDP.
Fachwissen:
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Compliance-Standards, sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. MS Dynamics oder SAP) und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
Führungskompetenz:
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung, teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Kultur.
Sprachen:
Sehr gute
Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1)
und
Englischkenntnisse
in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld.
