We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our Headquarters in Reinach, Switzerland that oversees financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for Endress+Hauser International.
Which task will you perform?
* Deliver timely and accurate monthly and yearly financial reports and performance analyses for E+H INT AG, BUs, Service Business and Project Business.
* Collaborate with our internal IT company to improve and automate our financial reporting processes.
* Prepare, analyze, interpret, and provide recommendations on financial results to the Management Team, BU heads, and business function owners, advising on corrective measures as needed.
* Lead the preparation and consolidation of forecasts for E+H INT group, ensuring alignment with Group-defined requirements across all relevant business areas.
* Coordinate with internal and external accounting and/or controlling to ensure accurate recognition of the Sales Offices within our reporting and accounting systems. You will analyze their performance, advise the Management Team, and manage associated risks.
* Support and contribute to the development of controlling processes in the INT group, in accordance with Group guidelines, while considering the business and process maturity of the respective BUs and Sales Offices.
What do we expect from you?
You
* Bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field.
* Have 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Are proficient in English language, German is an advantage.
* Deliver precise accurate work with confident assertiveness.
* Are analytical, connected, and you combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude.
* Have excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated interest and understanding of different cultures.
* Are willing to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
* Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective time management.
