Don’t be shy, apply! /ppAs a Deputy Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Compliance Department Onboarding team. You will be responsible for multiple tasks, which include: /pulliKYC and due diligence review on private clients’ account opening requests by applying Anti-Money Laundering /Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB). /liliReview of tax compliance aspects, such as FATCA and CRS (automatic exchange of information) /liliContribution in drafting client assessment documents and procedures /liliParticipation in reviews of key clients and high-risk clients /liliParticipation in key regulatory projects /liliParticipation in optimization of internal processes and guidelines /liliSupporting and advising the First Line of Defense and the management. /liulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Laws or in Economics /liliMinimum 4 years of experience in the Compliance field in Switzerland /liliExcellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset) /liliCAS in Compliance in Financial Services or similar professional qualification is considered a plus /liliExcellent organizational skills combined with a high level of adaptability /liliVery good communication skills /liliAnalytical and methodological approach /liliStrong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr /ul /ul
