The Global Solution Sales Manager (SVP) role in Zurich provides a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients from the region. A good understanding of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), its strategic direction, the industry, direct competitors' solutions and products and services will be required.


Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland as a “Global Solution Sales Manager”. The role sits within the Treasury & Trade Solutions team in Zurich and provides a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of essentially Switzerland-based global corporate clients. The role holder will have demonstrated excellence in the origination of complex corporate digital solutions across payments, liquidity management, card, e-commerce and working capital solutions, with a solid understanding of corporate business and organizational models. With the technological agenda of the payment industry and the gradual adoption of direct-to-consumer strategies, a good understanding of the benefits of emerging digital solutions is essential.


What you will do

* Lead the sales origination, pipeline development, and customer revenue growth of a portfolio of assigned corporate clients in Switzerland
* Increase customer penetration and cross-sell of TTS products and solutions across a 95+ country network with existing and new clients, leveraging relevant data-driven sales tools and insights to drive origination
* Become a trusted advisor to corporate clients for complex cash and working capital solutions, developing differentiated client dialogue across relevant client buying centers, in partnership with product, industry and specialist sales partners
* Support relevant client experience initiatives, working in close partnership with banking, servicing and client success teams
* Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including banking teams, to define client priorities, develop robust client account plans and ensure coordinated and sustained client calling routines
* Drive sustained client engagement and support a range of TTS and franchise marketing initiatives in driving thought leadership
* Work with control functions as required (Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance) to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
* Be part of a culture with responsible finance, good governance and ethics
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations, policy adherence, ethical conduct, and escalation and reporting of control issues with transparency, while supervising the activity of others and creating accountability for standards


What We Will Need From You

* In-depth knowledge of Cash Management and Working Capital Solutions along with other banking products
* Proven track record in originating and selling cash management, trade, and/or technology-based consulting solutions with large, complex client buying organizations
* Experience working with large client relationships from a banking or product perspective
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with fluency in English
* Tenacious, persuasive, and articulate personality
* Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients
* Bachelor’s/University degree
