Monitor performance and quality of production facilities, in collaboration with your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Daily troubleshooting on our production plants. Analyzing and solving complex failures (mechanical, electrical). Follow up the performance of the installations. Preventive maintenance of machinery. You are someone with a positive mentality, team player, with a hands‑on approach, good communicator and willing to share knowledge. You are someone who supports the QHSE Management Systems and promotes the safety culture within the organization. You will contribute to taking initiatives that reduce the company's environmental footprint by promoting the right behaviors.
Qualifications and Skills
* Diploma A1/A2 electro‑mechanics or equivalent by experience.
* Experience with fine mechanics, basic electricity and measurement and control engineering is a plus.
* Positive team player.
* Analytical mindset and good communication skills.
Additional Requirements
* German mandatory.
* 3–5 years experience; SAP experience would be great.
* No remote position.
