We are looking for a new employee as a Material Safety Expert (m/w/d, 100%).
Responsibilities
* Point of contact for chemicals legislation (e.g. REACH, CLP)
* Creation, and maintenance of safety data sheets (MSDS)
* Chemicals contact person with authorities
* Maintenance of master data specific to responsibilities above
* Classification according to dangerous goods regulation (ADR, shipping)
Skills & Experiences / Interests
* Advanced degree (Masters, Diploma, or PhD) in life sciences (e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy)
* Profound understanding of chemicals and chemical regulations
* Experience in the creation of safety data sheets (MSDS)
* Knowledge of relevant norms and regulations (REACH, CLP, ADR)
* Knowledge of relevant norms related to medical devices (MDR, MDCG, ISO 14971, ISO 13485) is a plus
* Team player and open personality with high commitment and initiative
* Excellent knowledge of technical English and German skills suitable for communication with authorities
