Equipped with modern and flexible industrial tools, it can produce all types of dials, from simple to complex.ArteCad has been part of the TAG Heuer - LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA Group since 2011, supplying many prestigious Swiss watch brands, both internal and external to the Group.We are looking for a Responsable Qualité 100% (H/F).Job ResponsibilitiesUnder the responsibility of the General Manager, you will be responsible, with the support of your teams, for managing and monitoring quality within the manufacturing plant, including:Management of the Quality Management System (QMS)Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the QMS according to standards and specific requirements of the Swiss watchmaking industryManaging quality documentation: procedures, work instructions, forms, recordsMonitoring normative and regulatory compliance related to quality and product conformityPlanning, organizing, and conducting internal and external auditsTracking and analyzing key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing continuous improvement plansManaging the reliability laboratory (UV testing, material analysis, etc.)Leading a team of 7 peopleQuality Control and Product Compliance (dials)Supervising quality control activities at all production stages (from raw material receipt to finished product shipment)Ensuring product conformity to technical and aesthetic specifications, control plans, and customer requirementsAnalyzing non-conformities, defects, and customer complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actionsLeading risk analyses (FMEA) and surveillance plansManaging measuring and control instruments (calibration, verification)Continuous Improvement and Technical SupportCollaborating with production, development, methods, and purchasing teams to improve processes, reduce non-quality costs, and enhance customer satisfactionParticipating in the validation of new products and manufacturing processesImplementing problem-solving toolsTraining and supporting teams on quality best practicesProviding technical quality support to clients and suppliersProfileTechnical: Degree in Quality Engineering, higher technician in quality, or equivalent training. Experience: Minimum 5 years as a quality manager or similar role, ideally in the watchmaking industry. Mastery of watchmaking standards, quality management tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc.), and quality control techniques (metrology, nondestructive testing). Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in watchmaking. Familiarity with dimensional measurement instruments and quality management software. Personal qualities: Leadership, ability to motivate and unite a team, rigor, methodical approach, organizational skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills in written and spoken form, customer and results-oriented, innovative, and process improvement-oriented.
