Ph3The opportunity: Senior Sales Manager, Corporates, GPS (Global Payment Solutions) /h3pBeing part of HSBC in Switzerland, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. /ppCorporate and Investment Banking Coverage teams support Swiss‑headquartered clients and overseas multinationals which have local or regional operations or subsidiaries. Our services enable corporate and institutional clients to make the most of new opportunities in domestic markets, carry out cross‑border transactions, and expand internationally. /ph3What you will do: /h3ulliSell and support HSBC GPS for corporate clients in Switzerland and across the HSBC network /liliDevelop, manage and grow a portfolio of Switzerland‑headquartered corporate clients, driving acquisition and relationship deepening /liliAct as a cash management sparring partner for external clients (Treasurers and Treasury teams) and internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers /liliLead and contribute to complex sales opportunities and deal structuring, including RFI (Request for Information) / RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and solution design /liliAdvise clients on efficient transaction banking structures, liquidity solutions and relevant investment options /liliOwn escalation management for cash management issues, coordinating with product, implementation and client service teams to deliver timely resolution /liliPartner with Client Connectivity and implementation teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines /liliSupport coverage teams with GPS product expertise, manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) /pipeline activity, and contribute to profitability management, plan tracking and variance analysis /li /ulh3You should apply if you have: /h3ulliDeep understanding of GPS, Sales, or Treasury track record; demonstrably strong Product / Technical Payments and Liquidity knowledge (ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), TMS (Treasury Management Systems), Channels, Swift, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), File Formats, Liquidity Products, Pooling, Digital Assets Currencies, tokenization, etc.) /liliExcellent network within large corporate clients in Switzerland /liliVery strong interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with Client senior management /liliExcellent communication and written skills /liliFluent in English – German and French languages are considered valuable but not a pre‑requisite /liliPro‑active, ability to work in a team /liliAccurately interpret and analyze results with attention to detail /liliResults driven and committed to meet deadlines /liliAbility to prioritize tasks, understand and escalate issues, ability to acquire new skills and assist colleagues /liliThorough awareness of market needs and competitive environment /liliAbility to structure innovative solutions to complex payments and collections problems /liliProficient knowledge of local country market regulations /liliProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) /liliDue to immigration restrictions in Switzerland we will only be able to consider applications from Swiss or EU citizens or from candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit /li /ulh3What you’ll get in return: /h3pWe offer a comprehensive and competitive package of benefits usually covering healthcare, life assurance, pension, and family friendly leaves, as well as many other benefits to support your wellbeing. /ppHSBC operates multiple variable pay plans, to reflect the diverse nature of the businesses, roles and markets in which we operate.
