Job Overview
The Operations Solutions team delivers software solutions used throughout the manufacturing organization targeting the industrialization and production management of HID products. Those solutions are deployed across the globe, at HID sites, and also at suppliers and contract manufacturer production sites. They cover all product lines (credentials, tags, readers, controllers, panels, tokens, printers etc.) and various aspects of the production processes (like provisioning, programming, encoding, labeling, packaging, reporting, lifecycle & traceability management).

Responsibilities
Work on the full life‑cycle software development of applications used for production and monitoring activities.
Improve the platform to integrate new capabilities such as low‑level API driving hardware encoders to the human‑machine interface (e.g., provisioning engines, machine integration, cryptography, embedded/low‑level API, etc.).
Implement full provisioning solutions for new HID products.
Work with pre‑sales, product managers, operations, and technology teams to proactively implement industrial provisioning solutions.
Maintain tight deadlines for software enhancements to match product development schedules.
Experience and Background
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
5 years of experience with software and solution development, ideally used in industrial applications.
Ability to handle priorities well and stay organized in a dynamic Agile environment.
Must demonstrate analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Must Have
Strong C# background (2 years minimum).
Knowledge of open standard file formats such as JSON, ASN.1, XML.
Knowledge of communication interfaces over JTAG, SWD, UART, SPI, I2C is greatly appreciated.
Knowledge of RFID industry standards such as ISO7816, ISO14443, ISO15693 is greatly appreciated.
Strong interest and knowledge in applied cryptography and key management are greatly appreciated.
Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM is greatly appreciated.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, verbally and in writing.
