The role
As a Client Director, you are responsible for expanding and enhancing existing client relationships, focusing on growing the account and increasing overall contribution. You will develop new engagements with current clients, leveraging a strategic mindset to effectively manage the project portfolio. Your role is to ensure that Zühlke consistently delivers exceptional value, aligning with our commitment to excellence and fostering long-term client satisfaction and development.
Our goal is to sustainably expand our customer base by actively acquiring new clients. You can leverage our experience from over 10,000 client success stories in software and product development.

Leading – You expertly govern Zühlke's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with client priorities and successful delivery. By managing complexities across geographical distributions and diverse stakeholder groups, you maintain a balanced approach to risk management and project execution.
Growing – You cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional value. Your adept handling of stakeholder engagement and proactive communication fortifies Zühlke's position as a trusted partner.
Guiding – You develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align with both client objectives and Zühlke's strategic goals. By managing stakeholder relationships and navigating uncertainties, you adeptly achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable profit
What ’s Important to us
Network – You have an active network of decision-makers within the Banking sector and are comfortable navigating both local and international stakeholder landscapes.
Experience – You bring extensive experience in complex consultative sales within professional services, with a proven track record of winning and expanding high-value deals in technology delivery or innovation-focused environments — including with globally active clients.
International Client Management – You have successfully managed client relationships with Swiss-headquartered global banks and are adept at aligning cross-border teams, ensuring seamless global coordination of delivery and consistent client experience.
Market Understanding – You possess a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the Swiss Banking industry, combined with insights into the dynamics of global financial institutions.
Tech-savvy – You have a keen interest in technology and understand how digital innovation can transform the Banking industry at both local and global levels.
Collaborative Leadership – You’re a collaborative leader who exemplifies Zühlke’s values, encouraging openness, innovation, and client-centricity in every interaction — building trust across cultures and time zones.
Strong Communicator – You speak German and English fluently and can engage with credibility across technical teams and C-level stakeholders in international settings.
University Degree – You hold a degree in technology or a related field.
Please Note* - this roles requires flexibility for international travel - (e.g. 2/3 x per year to Singapore)
