Role OverviewYou work in an agile DevOps team responsible for the development, automation, integration, and operation of cloud‑native applications. You will administer Kubernetes clusters, implement CI/CD pipelines, manage Windows and Linux servers, and support technical workflows. Your work contributes to the digital transformation and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and operate applications in an agile DevOps environment.
Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Develop cloud native applications and integrate modern technologies.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve application problems.
Support and automate technical workflows and processes.
Implement and administer Windows and Linux servers and network connections.
Collaborate within an agile team.
Utilize latest technologies to promote digital transformation.
Qualifications
Degree (Uni/ETH/UAS) in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
Several years of experience in developing, provisioning, and administering cloud native applications (Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift).
Knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems and Active Directory.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python).
Experience with web technologies and APIs (JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs).
Knowledge of network technologies and security (TCP/IP, DNS).
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Experience in agile practices (SAFe, Scrum).
Willingness to work on call and handle incidents and changes.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong customer and service orientation.
Proficiency in German and English.
