Leverage CAD and digital pattern tools to create detailed and scalable patterns and develop 3D product samples that enable virtual fittings and iterative adjustments. /liliEnd‑to‑End Product Excellence: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine patterns, troubleshoot fit challenges and implement innovative solutions to ensure that the design intent is accurately realized in every product. /liliCross‑Functional Collaboration: Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and ensuring seamless integration of design aesthetics with technical precision. /liliProject Management: Manage project timelines for assigned seasonal and non‑seasonal products, using agile methodologies to keep projects on time and maintain precise standards of execution. /liliData Management: Maintain and regularly update the digital pattern and virtual samples database, ensuring integrity and accuracy across all product lines. /liliProduct Fitting: Prepare for sample reviews, measure, pre‑fit and schedule fit sessions, guide teams in fit sessions to refine product fit, function and construction. /liliContinuous Improvement Feedback: Analyse market feedback and wear‑test data to continuously refine existing products and influence future development efforts. /li /ulh3Skills for Success /h3ulliVision: A trained eye for proportion and balance, anticipating evolving trends in fit, performance and digital prototyping. /liliValues: Commitment to sustainability and ethical production practices with meticulous execution in fit and quality construction. /liliExpertise: Robust understanding of garment engineering, traditional and digital pattern‑making/grading, 3D modelling and fit optimisation. /liliCollaboration Communication: Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally, translating complex pattern and fit details into clear guidance for teams and external vendors. /liliAgility Flexibility: Ability to organize and prioritize workload across multi‑phase projects, adapting to critical path constraints and international time zones. /liliProfessionalism: Exceptional time‑management, interpersonal skills and an inclusive culture of respect. /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3pA University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Fashion Technology, Industrial Design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital pattern‑making and 3D prototyping are advantageous. Good computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe CC and CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex) and 3D modelling simulation tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear).
