Our client is looking for a proactive Brand & Communications Manager to take ownership of strategic communications and brand activation.
You will report to senior leadership and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—to strengthen brand positioning both internally and externally.
Languages required: German (fluent), plus B2 level in English and French at least.
Key Responsibilities :
* Strategic Messaging & Positioning
* Define and implement communication strategies tailored to the industrial B2B environment.
* Craft compelling narratives for product launches, sustainability initiatives, and corporate milestones.
* Media & PR Relations
* Serve as the company spokesperson for press interactions, industry events, and trade shows.
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders, trade journalists, and external stakeholders.
* Content & Digital Marketing
* Develop and oversee content across owned channels—website, newsletters, social media.
* Plan and deploy paid and earned digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
* Campaign Planning
* Plan, execute, and measure integrated campaigns—across offline and online channels.
* Coordinate creative assets and manage implementation timelines.
* Agency & Budget Management
* Select, brief, and supervise external agencies or vendors.
* Manage the communications budget and ensure ROI tracking.
* Cross‑functional Collaboration
* Work with Product, Sales, R&D, and Sustainability teams to ensure consistent messaging.
* Align local and global campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Your Profile :
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in brand communications, preferably in industrial or B2B environments.
* Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Languages: German (native/fluent), English and French (both at B2 or above).
* Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Strong project and budget management.
* Digital know-how (social media, online PR, analytics).
* Comfortable representing a brand externally and managing media interactions.
* Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
