About this role:
The Risk Management Officer will be part of a dynamic and agile team within the Risk Management department.
This officer is responsible for participating in the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of the bank's risks, as well as establishing key risk indicators and legal reporting.
Daily controls related to bank activities will be conducted while maintaining a critical and proactive approach to mitigate emerging risks.
The officer will actively participate in the regulatory watch process.

* Key Responsibilities:
o Establish reporting on financial and operational risks (credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, operational risk) for the bank's management and board of directors.
o Prepare external reporting delivered to financial authorities, including SNB statistics related to credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk.
o Perform daily risk controls.
o Perform ad-hoc impact analysis for interest rate risk and credit risk.
o Establish ad-hoc reporting requested by the bank's management and board of directors.
* Identification and Assessment of Risks:
o Based on predefined scenarios, perform stress tests and analysis for liquidity risks.
o Participate in the definition and calculation of key risk indicators on the CTF activity.
* Transversal Projects:
o Participate in internal working groups for strengthening the operational risks framework and redefining the Business Continuity Management process.
o Participate in the regulatory watch process and internal projects launched internally.
o Participate in the drafting of Risk Control policies, directives, and procedures when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* University degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent with a focus on finance, audit, or control.
* Minimum 4 years of professional experience in banking audit or risk management within a bank.
* Very good knowledge of the Swiss banking environment and related rules and regulations.
* Knowledge of Report Generator (FIRE) and SNB reporting would be an asset.
* At ease with IT tools.
* Knowledge of banking transactions related to commodity trade finance and treasury would be an asset.
* Ability to work and manage projects with autonomy.
* Solution-oriented, well-organized with a strong sense of initiative.
* Precise, accurate, and attentive to details.
* Strong communication and proven analytical skills.
* Able to prioritize workload.
* Team spirit.
* Fluent in English and French, written and oral.
