Become part of a young and dynamic team
Aero Financial Products, headquartered in Zurich (Switzerland), offers its Platform to banks, independent asset managers and other investment professionals for the purposes of issuance and maintenance of financial products.
Via the proprietary Aero Client Platform, the investment managers are able to launch and manage structured investment products across asset classes (listed equities, private equity/debt, real estate, commodities and others). As the market evolves, the most commonly used structure is the Actively Managed Certificate (AMC), given its efficiency and ability to tailor-make per business case.
All products shall be issued from off-balance sheet SPV Issuers, across several jurisdictions; notably Luxembourg, Guernsey, Switzerland and more. This provides the possibility to optimize the issuance location, based on the investment parameters and investor preferences.
