Ph3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou pilot sourcing activities and ensure comprehensive supplier assessments, from the identification of internal needs to supplier evaluation and action definition. /li liYou manage the sourcing process including on-site audits, contract negotiation, and potential analyses. /li liYou lead projects aimed at increasing local content across the US, EU or other regions. /li liYou develop and secure robust business cases, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. /li liYou manage daily business activities related to defense‑specific components, including export control, portfolio analysis, and administrative follow‑up. /li liYou collaborate closely with Quality and Supplier Quality Management (SQM) teams to enhance product quality and process stability. /li liYou work in close cooperation with Value Engineering teams to support optimization initiatives within defined projects. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou bring extensive experience in an industrial environment; experience in the combustion engine and/or defense sector is considered a strong asset. /li liYou have solid experience in driving local content actions. /li liYou have solid experience in project management and/or new product development. /li liYou demonstrate flexibility and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel, with a solution‑oriented and proactive mindset. /li liYou communicate fluently in English, German, and/or French; this is an asset. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
