Ph3Your mission /h3 pbKey Responsibilities /bbr/bEnterprise Applications Strategy Portfolio Management /b /p ul liDefine and execute the engineering applications strategy in alignment with Engineering and business priorities /li liOwn the application portfolio roadmap, lifecycle management, and performance monitoring /li liLead tool standardization and consolidation initiatives to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency /li liManage vendor relationships, software licenses, and cost optimization across the tool portfolio /li liIdentify and implement automation and AI/ML capabilities; incorporate into roadmap and team development /li /ul h3Technical Administration Architecture /h3 ul liAct as technical lead and primary owner of engineering applications; perform hands‑on configuration, administration, integration, and complex troubleshooting /li liAdminister and maintain PLM, CAD, and other platforms including server infrastructure, databases, and application layers /li liConfigure workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and integrations to support engineering and manufacturing processes /li liManage user accounts, access permissions, roles, and security policies in accordance with data classification and export control requirements /li liPlan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal operational disruption /li /ul h3Integration Data Management /h3 ul liConfigure and maintain integrations between PLM, CAD and ERP systems for BOM synchronization and data traceability /li liSupport data exchange with manufacturing execution systems and requirements management tools /li liDevelop and maintain automated data migration scripts and system interfaces /li liEnsure data integrity, proper file structure hierarchies, naming conventions, and change management workflows /li /ul h3Team Leadership Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liCoordinate and mentor a small team; define scope, track progress, and elevate risks /li liPartner with Engineering, configuration management, and manufacturing to align tools to process needs and manage expectations /li liDrive tool awareness, training, and adoption across the organization /li liServe as a trusted enterprise systems advisor to Engineering and IT leadership /li liDevelop and deliver training materials and ensure effective support in coordination with IT /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pbEducation /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). /li /ul pbExperience /b /p ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in enterprise applications, engineering systems, or related technical areas; 2+ years directly supporting engineering environments (PLM, CAD, collaboration tools). /li liProven track record of hands‑on system administration and integration in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries. /li liExperience with tool portfolio management, vendor negotiations, and license optimization. /li liProven track record of supporting engineering organizations in product development environments. /li /ul pbTechnical Skills /b /p ul liStrong background in application architecture, administration, integrations, and development. Proficiency with PLM platforms (e.g., Teamcenter) and CAD/ALM tools (e.g., NX, Altium, Jira, Polarion). /li liExperience integrating with ERP, manufacturing tools, and relational databases (e.g. SQL). /li liFamiliar with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell) for automation. /li liExposure to cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, and regulated data environments. /li liExposure to AI/ML and advanced analytics is a plus. /li /ul pbIndustry Knowledge /b /p ul liUnderstanding of product development processes in aerospace or regulated industries. /li liFamiliar with engineering change management, configuration management, and BOM structures. /li /ul pbLeadership Communication /b /p ul liProven ability to operate as a hands‑on specialist.
