Senior Business Development Representative – Data Integration
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for US $10k - $60k ACV deals.
Your Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, developing and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
* Lead proof-of-concepts: connect data, land it in Snowflake/BigQuery, write sample SQL to prove value.
* Build champions, run mutual-action plans and forecast in Salesforce.
* Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and help shape the roadmap.
Requirements
* 3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals ≥ $25k with 100% quota attainment.
* SQL fluency (SELECT / JOIN / GROUP BY) and ability to explain ELT vs ETL.
* Hands-on experience with at least one warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks).
* Familiarity with BI/AdTech stacks: Power BI, Looker, GA4, Google/Facebook Ads.
* Excellent spoken and written English; able to work US Eastern ± 2 hours.
Nice-to-Haves
* Power BI or Looker certification.
* Exposure to dbt, Fivetran or Airbyte.
Compensation and Benefits
* Base salary: USD 2,000 - 3,000 per month.
* Commission: 40% of OTE, uncapped accelerators above 110% quota.
* On-target earnings: USD 30,000 - 65,000 per year.
* Fully remote, senior team with zero corporate politics.
