Your Duties
Organizing and supervising the cleaning of passenger cabins, public areas, and housekeeping pantries.
Creating duty schedules and preparing station plans as well as guest requests.
Ensuring and enforcing the highest hygiene standards.
Handling guest complaints and finding quick solutions.
Leading a motivated team and supporting employee development.
Ordering cleaning materials and managing inventory.
Collaborating closely with the hotel manager to ensure a perfect appearance of crew uniforms.
Maintaining plants and flower arrangements in public areas.

Your Profile
Completed vocational training in the hotel sector and at least two years of professional experience in a similar position.
Proven leadership experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Very good German and English language skills.
Team leadership, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility.
High level of service orientation and communication skills.
