Senior ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU DO
Development of new features and integrations based on architectural guidelines and best practices
Ensuring clean code, maintainable design, and comprehensible documentation
Conducting technical analyses and supporting solution designs
Supporting platform standardisation and reduction of technical customisation
Contributing to continuous improvements of the platform and development processes
Analysing and resolving technical issues within incidents and service requests
WHAT YOU BRING
Several years of proven experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, REST integrations)
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM
You are ServiceNow CSA and CAD certified
Good understanding of platform architecture, data models, and technical interrelations
Enjoy customer contact and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
Understanding of platform operation, maintainability, upgradeability, and technical quality
You are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work as well as the team’s shared success
High self-responsibility, OOTB-first mindset, and enjoyment of collaboration in an interdisciplinary platform team
