As a Trade Marketing Manager Off Trade & C&C, you are the central pivot between Marketing and the Sales Team. Your mission is clear: Maximize the visibility and availability of our products. You will skillfully juggle our priority brands and our multi-brand portfolio. You provide the sales team with the necessary ammunition to succeed in executing the promotional policy, aligned with overall objectives, the commercial strategy, and annual plans: Develop Trade plans by retailer (Coop, Manor, Denner, etc.) and by language region (D-CH, F-CH) in close collaboration with the Brand Managers and the sales team. Alignment: Ensure that brand priorities are realistic and applicable by the sales force. Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze the market, identify trends, and propose initiatives. Key Events: Design and deploy impactful events (Wine Fairs, Easter, Christmas, product launches) including promotional mechanics, the mechanism (Box, TG), and customer experience. Monitor, analyze, and assist with Sales Tools: Develop, with our agencies and internal experts, POS/POP materials and sales pitches (including digital for E-retail) to facilitate resale by our sales representatives to clients. Customer Experience: Oversee the plan and execution, ensuring flawless execution. Analysis & Performance (ROI): KPI Management: Monthly tracking of key metrics: Sell-in/Sell-out Volumes, Digital Distribution (DN), Market Shares, and Profitability. Data-Driven: Compile and analyze data (Nielsen, Panels) as well as direct feedback from the field to recommend corrective actions. Budget: Manage the Trade Marketing budget for the channel, ensure expenditure tracking, and justify the ROI of investments. Your Profile: Experience: 4 to 6 years of confirmed experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG or Wines & Spirits sector in Switzerland. Market Knowledge: You have an intimate knowledge of the Swiss Retail landscape and Cash & Carry (central operations, logistical constraints). Languages: French and German are your daily working tools (C1 minimum level in both). English is an advantage.
