We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to drive search visibility, website performance, and lead generation. This role is for someone who has personally built and optimized digital programs, not just managed agencies. You’ll own our website, lead an upcoming refresh, and drive SEO, SEM, and AI search (AEO) strategies to support commercial growth.
Responsibilities
* Execute SEO, SEM, and AI search strategies to drive visibility and leads
* Own and optimize the website (including refresh project)
* Build keyword strategies aligned to customer behavior
* Analyze performance & turn insights into action
* Build & maintain dashboards providing clear insights into digital performance
* Partner with marketing colleagues & the wider commercial team to drive pipeline impact
* Explore & apply AI tools to improve marketing performance
Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
* Proven track record building and optimizing SEO/SEM programs
* Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush
* Strong analytical mindset & ability to translate data into action
* Experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma services is strongly preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced global organization
* Collaborative & supportive in a small team environment
* Website redesign or platform implementation experience
* Experience with Power BI or Dynamics 365
