Dickies EMEA is looking for a strategic Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk About The Role
In this role, you will support the team in shaping our digital storytelling, ensuring all content aligns with our brand strategy and guidelines, fuels engagement across social media and digital marketing channels, strengthens brand equity, and boosts conversions across eCommerce.
You will collaborate with external content production partners and our social media agency to bring the brand’s vision to life through compelling narratives that resonate with our audience across digital channels.
How You Will Make a Difference
* Managing the full Product Data Cycle from Brief to consolidation and upload on relevant platforms.
* Following the Product Photography Cycle, briefing seasonal needs, setting guidelines, and ensuring high-quality results that meet channel requirements and maintain consistency.
* Onboarding new Titan customers.
* Planning the Content Calendar for DTC and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure timely launches of seasonal stories, collaborations, and promotional pushes.
* Briefing Content Production for DTC.
* Training store staff.
* Updating retail merchandising guidelines.
* Managing promotions, including discounting, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
Skills For Success
* At least 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge of current and future trends, target market brands, and cultural movements.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong business, financial analysis, and retail math skills, including markup, margin, open-to-buy, and GMROI.
* Ability to execute merchandising strategies for in-store and online channels.
* Trend analysis, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
* Planning, organizing, networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
* Results-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
* Degree in Retail, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
