HR Business Partner (all genders, part-time 50%)

HR Partners support the HR needs of the individuals in their groups as needed. HR Partners supporting Avanade will be fully focused on providing HR support for the Avanade business.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide individual employee and leader coaching and guidance.
2. Manage key, large-scale HR processes, such as performance achievement processes.
3. Take issues to closure in areas like career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance achievement (performance counseling).
4. Help build community among people with similar skills or client focus within their groups.
5. Play a key role as a regional onboarding coordinator.
6. Work closely with the Talent Strategist and business to execute the talent strategy, understand talent priorities, and inform employees of specific opportunities.
7. Use data and storytelling to deliver insights on key talent metrics.
8. Collaborate with other HR teams on inclusion & diversity, employee experience, and learning/up-skilling initiatives.
9. Identify automations and efficiencies to elevate the employee experience and improve workflows.
10. Leverage employee listening strategies and action plans to support engagement and strategic people programs.
11. Support employees in self-service support proficiency.
12. Address and escalate moderate to serious ER concerns to central ER for investigations and resolution.
13. Work with the Global Mobility team on visa, work permits, and immigration issues.
14. Coordinate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws.
15. Partner with business leaders to identify and propose suitable talent development programs.
Job requirements
1. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Prior experience in Human Resources Business Partnering.
3. Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy implementation.
4. Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
5. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
8. Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and developing data-driven solutions.
9. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees.
10. Familiarity with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
11. Proactive in driving HR projects forward.
12. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
13. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
14. Advanced English language skills.
15. Proficient in German language skills.
