Lead and project-manage the global development and delivery of policy and sustainability workstreams for Bayer Consumer Health. Translate sustainability and policy strategies into business-ready briefs, playbooks and tools that drive alignment, performance and stakeholder engagement. Provide program-level oversight, dashboards and governance support to ensure timely delivery, visibility to leadership and clear cross-functional coordination. Own tracking, reporting and communication of progress, risks and success stories across multiple concurrent projects.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
* Lead and project-manage global policy and sustainability workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and on-time delivery.
* Systematically manage projects: monitor project targets, procedures and processes; identify resource needs and dependencies; track risks and issues.
* Support Business Partners by developing toolkits, playbooks and practical tools to drive performance and engagement on policy and sustainability strategies.
* Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities with stakeholders across the company and resolve interdependencies.
* Create, develop and coordinate initiatives to track and report progress and results across multiple concurrent projects, including special projects.
* Prepare and support project and governance meetings: gather and consolidate information, produce meeting packages, and develop high-quality minutes and follow-up actions.
* Design and implement user-friendly roadmaps, scorecards and dashboards that reflect project status, details, milestones and metrics for leadership reporting.
* Produce narratives, issue briefs, articles, PowerPoint and Word business briefs to communicate projects, success stories and business updates.
* Lead and coordinate regular project update sessions to ensure clarity of status, path forward and timely escalation where needed.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues around focus, timelines and interdependencies to keep programs on track.
Who You Are
* Several years of professional experience (Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus).
* Sound experience in project management, strategic communications or sustainability programs.
* Initial experience with a consumer-focused company, brand, consulting firm or large global NGO working on sustainability/ESG topics.
* Very strong to outstanding project management skills with a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
* Exceptional written and business writing skills; experienced producing Word and PowerPoint senior-level materials.
* Experience with digital insights, analytics and dashboarding to inform decisions and reporting.
* Understanding of the consumer marketplace, common terminology, processes and tools relevant to consumer health.
* Knowledge of sustainability and public health/access and ability to translate recommendations into business priorities.
* Dynamic, charismatic team player with strong prioritization, analytical-thinking and problem-solving abilities — a practical trouble-shooter.
* Experience with process change management or process improvement; flexible, results-driven, highly accountable and willing to work extra hours when critical deadlines demand it.
* Fluent in English.
