YOUR MISSION AS A ROAD MANAGER: Ensure daily the safety, fluidity, and reliability of trains and buses across the entire TMR network, while providing clear, relevant, and responsive information to travelers. As the traffic management center, you are the true conductor: the one who monitors, regulates, and informs so that every journey takes place safely.WHAT YOU DO DAILY: - Security & Management of rail traffic (approx. 50%): Ensure the provision of rail services according to safety regulations; Guarantee compliance with PCT and security directives; Manage trains (regular, substitute, special) safely and according to schedule; Implement track prohibitions and electrical triggers during work or events; Ensure connections according to regulations; Manage services to ensure the secure transport of travelers; Report incidents & events via established procedures; Perform various tasks (RC, Sillon, Alea). - Traveler information (approx. 20%): Provide clear and responsive information to travelers in stations and on internal systems; Update traveler systems in case of delays or deviations; Work closely with drivers to ensure optimal conditions on board. - Monitoring & management of bus network (approx. 30%): Verify the service start of bus drivers; Collaborate with depot managers during substitutions; Receive and process announcements of incidents or accidents on the road; Inform the bus emergency team and trigger assistance if necessary.
