Executive & Strategic Support
* Act as a true right hand to the CEO, proactively managing priorities and anticipating needs
* Serve as a gatekeeper, filtering information, requests, and stakeholders
* Support decision‑making by ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for meetings and engagements
Complex Calendar & Agenda Management
* Manage an extremely demanding and constantly changing calendar across time zones
* Prioritise conflicting requests and reorganise schedules at very short notice
* Coordinate board‑level, executive, and external meetings with senior stakeholders
Meetings, Travel & Logistics
* Organise complex international travel, including last‑minute changes
* Oversee meeting logistics, briefing materials, and follow‑upsEnsure smooth execution of CEO commitments under tight timelines
Stakeholder & Communication Management
* Interface with C‑level executives, board members, diplomatic and international counterparts
* Handle sensitive communications with tact, authority, and confidentiality
* Represent the CEO's office with professionalism and credibility
Confidentiality & Risk Management
* Manage highly sensitive and confidential information
* Exercise sound judgment at all times in a high‑exposure role
* Anticipate risks and elevate issues appropriately
The Successful Applicant
* Extensive, proven experience as Executive Assistant to a CEO or C‑suite executive
* Demonstrated success in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, complex environments
* Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
* Ability to remain calm, precise, and effective under stress
* Strong business acumen and anticipatory mindset
* Fluent English mandatory (French is a strong asset)
* Immediate availability - strictly required
