Your challenge
1. Lead SAP TM projects from initiation to successful completion
2. Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections
3. Manage timelines, budgets and quality without compromise
4. Shape group wide digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions that simplify and strengthen core business processes
5. Defining, orchestrating, and steering essential work packages across diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization
6. End-to-end management of all service relationships, steering committees, and project office between the partners involved and the central SAP template team
7. Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management
8. Secure alignment across senior stakeholders and anchors delivered solutions sustainably in the organization
9. Hand on approach on SAP TM suite
10. Vigilantly securing robust change, quality, and risk management protocols within all assigned projects, mitigating potential disruptions and upholding standards
Your qualifications
11. Several years of experience as a project manager in the field of SAP Transportation Management
12. Experience in planning various phases of SAP TM implementation from project initiation, Fit gap, Build, Testing, Go live and hypercare support
13. Well-versed with various features, cutover tasks, business activities required for the successful completion of the SAP TM implementation / rollout project
14. Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
15. Strong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management module
16. You show empathy and resilience, and you take responsibility when the situation becomes demanding
17. Ready to travel
18. Fluent in English, German is a big advantage
