Cpl Life Sciences are proud to be partnering with an established clinical research management and services organisation based in Switzerland who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This organisation works predominantly with medicinal products and covers multiple therapeutic areas across all phases of the drug development cycle.
The Sales Manager will play a fundamental role within the business, taking strategic responsibility for leading and expanding the organisation’s market presence in Switzerland.
As such, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Engaging with HCPs and KOLs to drive sales performance, promote products and increase product uptake.
* Developing and implementing sales strategies, with the view to achieve/exceed sales and revenue targets and maximise market share.
* Providing sales forecasting and reporting as required, also taking into account the monitoring of competitor activities and market trends.
* Ensuring complete compliance with relevant regulations regarding product promotion and sales.
About You:
This position is an ideal role for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in Switzerland. Experience of launching new medicinal products in Switzerland is also highly desirable.
Applicants should also be able to demonstrate, or hold:
* A detailed understanding of relevant regulations relating to pharmaceutical sales/promotion in Switzerland (eg – Swissmedic).
* Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate as necessary.
* The willingness to travel extensively as per the role requires.
* A University degree, or equivalent qualification, within a Life Sciences/Pharmacy, Business or similar subject.
