HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
* Lead the Battery Maintenance Engineering team (disciplinary & technical leadership)
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee all battery-related projects, including technical and commercial aspects
* Provide expert technical support on traction batteries to all Stadler Service locations and Sales
* Develop maintenance concepts, optimization strategies, and technical specifications for battery systems
* Manage battery monitoring activities and report on performance and condition of traction batteries
* Serve as Battery Passport Responsible and ensure regulatory compliance
* Support Category Management on technical battery topics
* Drive and support development projects in collaboration with internal departments (Engineering, Production, Data & Digital Services)
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
* Degree in electrical engineering or similar field
* Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or development in machinery, plant engineering, or rail vehicles - ideally with battery focus
* Leadership experience beneficial
* Project management experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of RAMS/LCC desirable
* Strong solution-oriented and service-oriented approach
* Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge preferred
* Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel up to 20%
