HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
Command full P&L responsibility for multi-million euro modernization programs - mainly for Hungarian projects
Build strategic client partnerships as trusted advisor for ambitious railway modernization projects
Lead cross-functional teams and international supplier networks to excellence
Pioneer risk mitigation strategies for future-proof project execution
Optimize margins through smart contract- and change management
Influence next-gen sales strategies and projects with your hands-on modernization expertise
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent education and business acumen
5+ years leading complex technical projects (rail/plant engineering preferred)
Fluent negotiation skills in English and Hungarian mandatory; Basic German knowledge of advantage
Equal parts strategic visionary and operational executor
Natural talent for contract engineering and claim management
PMP/IPMA certifications valued, not required

YOUR LOCATION
The Competence Center for Service Operations in Frauenfeld offers comprehensive overhauls, repairs, and modernizations. To successfully implement these services, various departments such as Production, Project Management, Engineering, and Logistics work closely and effectively together. Additionally, the site hosts important central functions of the Service Division.
