Responsibilities :

Build Relationships : Foster strong cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, representing our company to local authorities, clients, and suppliers with professionalism and integrity.
Promote Well-being : Champion a safe and healthy work environment, promoting a culture of safety and compliance with HSE standards for both legal and group requirements.
Lead and Develop : Oversee site management, communication, and human development, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company values. Maintain a positive social climate and preserve the unique culture of the site within the team.
Strategize and Plan : Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and logistics departments to execute strategic and operational planning, ensuring optimal coordination and timely delivery.
Analyze and Improve : Regularly review site indicators to identify immediate actions and long-term optimization projects, driving continuous improvement in work methods and production processes.
Risk Management : Assess and report major business disruption risks, managing crises effectively when necessary.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Engineering / Master degree or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in production management, or a related field.
Professional Experience : Significant experience in a production operations management role or a similar position, preferably within an international environment.
Production Expertise : In-depth understanding of production management, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement techniques.
Leadership Skills : Proven project management and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding diverse teams.
Communication Proficiency : Excellent communication skills, fluency in both German and English.
Decision-Making Ability : Strategic and operational decision-making skills in a dynamic and demanding environment.
