A leading pharmaceutical company in Basel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-impact global quality IT system implementation. This pivotal role within the Quality Enabling Functions team focuses on the successful delivery of the gLIMS project, a key strategic initiative for the organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead and revise project planning and strategies with a focus on critical path delivery
Collect and act on feedback from stakeholders to improve performance and delivery
Reinforce accountability and implement structured follow-up routines
Navigate and manage project scope changes in alignment with business needs
Establish and apply standard PMO methodologies, tools, and reporting practices
Collaborate with Business Project Managers to identify and resolve project issues
Provide hands-on senior PMO support as needed, driving execution and quality
Qualifications Master's degree in Science or a related field
Over 10 years of project management experience, including 5-10 years in IT systems
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Business fluent in English
Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001/13485, and other pharmaceutical quality standards
Experience in regulated environments, ideally in the pharma or life sciences sector
