As Head of Software Product Management, you will bridge Product Management and RD, ensuring that architectural and product decisions serve both customer needs and business objectives. You will build, develop, and lead a high-performing Software Product Management team, championing a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability. /p pYou will play a key role in transformation—leading change, developing people, and making critical decisions on hiring, team structure, and performance management.
