For our new location in Mendrisio, Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Product Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Manage and document customer specific requirements;
* Create and implement Quality Control plans, defining inspection criteria & methods
* Manage Customer complains and internal nonconformities;
* Create corrective actions reports, 8D, A3, Quality Alerts
* Prepare kpi’s reports
* Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions implementation, perform routine checks
* Providing inputs for production processes and Quality Management System improvements; up-date related documents
Education / Experience & Skills
* University – electronics, electromechanics
* Proven track record in a similar position; Experience in customer relation; quality core tools.
* English – Advanced/Intermediate
* MS Office Package(Charts, Statistical functions are madatory)
* Good communication and organization skills
* Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strong attitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal abilities.
* SAP knowledge in this field of expertise
* Proficiency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
