Tasks
* Actively develop existing businesses and strategies for reaching new prospects and expanding the customer base;
* Contact clients via telephone and mail;
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;
* Capability to understand and memorize company’s offerings, technology and products;
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries;
* Educate prospects / customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services in order to drive engagement;
* Administrative work (for example managing post).
Requirements
* Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency);
* Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
* Background or experience in Sales / Customer Service;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to embrace the team culture approach;
* Works well in a matrix organization.
