We are looking for you!
In this customer-facing role, you will actively manage, consult and deepen relationships with our world's best customers. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and successfully launching our digital products to our clients. You know how digital campaigns are built and what it takes to make them successful. You lead the creation process of a new website and know the elements required for it. For the implementation of strategies, brandings, performance marketing and websites you work together with our specialists and ensure a smooth organization between our team, our clients and other providers. This requires you to actively consult with our clients, brief and manage the team while adhering to Enigma's processes, tools and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* In this customer-facing role, you will actively manage, consult and deepen relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and successfully launching our digital products to our clients.
* You know how digital campaigns are built and what it takes to make them successful.
* You lead the creation process of a new website and know the elements required for it.
* For the implementation of strategies, brandings, performance marketing and websites you work together with our specialists and ensure a smooth organization between our team, our clients and other providers.
* This requires you to actively consult with our clients, brief and manage the team while adhering to Enigma's processes, tools and quality standards.
What we expect from you
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in another digital agency or in a marketing team on client side
* You can demonstrate successful campaigns and projects
* Your native language is French
* You speak English fluently
* You keep a cool head, even when things are hectic, and don't lose the overview in the jungle of digital possibilities
* You know how to run a digital campaign and what elements are needed to execute a successful website project
* You understand the needs of prospects and clients and build sustainable relationships with them
* You are self-initiated and can win over our clients with your personable nature
* You are curious and have a passion for digital marketing
