Our client is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to ensure the complete management of a portfolio of commercial properties located in the canton of Geneva. Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties autonomously.- Provide personalized follow-up for tenants, both by phone and during direct exchanges.- Ensure optimal maintenance of the buildings in accordance with management standards and coordinate necessary interventions.- Conduct regular inspections of properties and write corresponding reports.- Organize and conduct entry and exit inspections during tenant changes.- Update leases, process contractual matters, and manage rents, including indexed rents.- Analyze the market, advise property owners, and contribute to the definition of a coherent rental strategy.- Supervise and support assistants under your responsibility by setting annual objectives and ensuring their follow-up.- Control and validate invoices, as well as management statements and additional costs. Your profile:- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.- You have a strong client orientation and know how to build lasting relationships.- Comfortable with digital tools, you enjoy actively participating in developments and change processes.- You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and possess strong writing skills.- You have solid foundations in accounting and law (lease law, CO, CC, LP).- You have several years of confirmed experience in property management (about 3 to 5 years).- You hold a CFC in commerce or an equivalent qualification.- You have obtained, or are in the process of obtaining, the federal diploma in property management or are pursuing continuing education in the field.Ready to take on a new challenge and boost your career?
