Customer Service Professional – SAP SD (m/f/d), 100%

Your responsibilities
* Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) function.
* Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
* Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with SCM and Finance
* Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionality, and support resolution tracking.
* Support / represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge and background on SAP and IT // Could be someone who worked several years for and on SAP
* Experienced admin professional; hands-on mindset.
* English fluent/native - German nice to have
