We offer you * A challenging position in an open and dynamic midsize employer within an international environment * Competitive compensation & great working conditions in a modern and innovative high-tech company * A long-term commitment and the opportunity to develop a rewarding career Your Mission * Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications * Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries, and customers on the use of ETEL products * Create, maintain, and update training and course materials * Generate and update application and technical notes * Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in different customer contexts * Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs * Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of ETEL products * Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products and assist them during customer negotiations * Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests and demonstration * Recommend product improvements * This function includes around 20% of business travel Your Profile * Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent) * 5 years- experience in the field of applications engineering * Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset * Good programming skills such as C /C\\, Matlab, Python, etc. * Knowledge of control/regulation theory * Fluent written and spoken English, French is a plus Do you want to take up this challenge?
