Your Tasks
* Lead regional business performance, profitability, and market share growth
* Translate global strategies into regional and country execution plans
* Lead and develop regional Sales organizations Managing Directors and leadership teams
* Support multinational customers, strategic customers, and cross-border business opportunities
* Strengthen collaboration between Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and HQ functions
* Drive organizational transformation and capability development
* Balance differentiated go-to-market approaches across mature and developing markets
Your Profile
* Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
* 10+ years experience in international B2B industrial business leadership
* Strong commercial, strategic, and financial acumen
* Experience leading multi-country organizations and matrix structures
* Proven track record in business transformation and organizational development
* Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management capability
* Cross-cultural leadership experience
* Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage)
