Job Description
* Welcome and assist visitors during check-in, stay, and check-out
* Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism
* Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams
* Support administrative and technical teams during peak periods
* Help organize and follow up on community events and shared space activities
* Supervise junior front office staff and student assistants
* Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and room readiness
* Contribute to continuous improvement of front office procedures
The Successful Applicant
* Commercial diploma (CFC) or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, aviation, or similar fields
* Strong IT skills; knowledge of hotel or residence management systems is a plus
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
* Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods
