Responsibilities
* Promote a positive safety culture and ensure that safety and quality policy is communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.
* Perform line maintenance work packages and certificate of release to service, daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacement, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery, and troubleshooting.
* Perform A‑check, P‑check, and out‑of‑phase checks work packages.
* Conduct structural damage assessments and repairs.
* Ensure that the aircraft is operating in airworthiness conditions.
* Work autonomously within a team‑spirit environment and assist the shift‑leader/supervisor.
* Ensure clear communication and reporting.
Profile
* Holder of a valid B1 or B1/B2 EASA Part‑66 license.
* Type rated A320, B737, B757, or B767.
* Good command of verbal and written English.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Positive attitude and solutions‑oriented disposition.
* High degree of customer focus, good communication, and team orientation.
* Proven ability to work under pressure.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level.
