Sales Representative Western Switzerland (f/m/d)

Your role:
You will help us achieve our mission by managing sales, marketing, and distribution within a designated geographic territory, collaborating with local teams.
Main tasks:
Organization and Planning
* Develop annual calendar plans considering dealer and consumer events, trade shows, and deadlines.
* Manage time effectively, spending approximately 75% in Aigle and 25% in Zurich showroom during the preseason-selling period.
* Coordinate with accounts to support business issues, account goals, and marketing programs.
* Schedule and follow up on support activities with each account.
* Collaborate with the Country Manager and teams to utilize resources for dealer support.
Selling
* Present the product line to regular, year-round dealers.
* Prepare and advise on order proposals for all accounts.
* Collect, prepare, and enter pre-season orders.
* Write orders within credit guidelines and meet sales deadlines and goals.
* Support reorder and merchandise sales pushes.
* Develop a prospective dealer list and open new accounts as approved.
Service
* Develop and maintain a clinic plan for dealer training.
* Work with Visual Merchandising and Sales teams on in-store merchandising.
* Support dealer events and environmental programs.
What we’re looking for
* An inclusive mindset.
* At least 2 years’ experience in sales or related roles, preferably in outdoor or sports industries.
* Fluent in English, French, and German.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
* Proficiency with computers and learning new systems.
* Experience or knowledge of outdoor apparel is advantageous.
* Availability during key sales periods and weekends as needed.
* Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
* A love for the outdoors and a passion for environmental sustainability.

* This is a full-time role based in Aigle, Switzerland.
* Willingness to travel extensively and work on weekends during peak periods.
