This person works closely with the operations shifts to ensure a clear understanding of the sampling related tasks for each shift, shift is mornings and evening shift, 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, ensures timely completion of sampling related activities, and assures an effective handoff of sampling activities between shifts.Out of Scope:-This person can support troubleshooting and technical questions but ultimately is not the SME. Technical support for SLIMS, recipe issues, and unclear sampling instructions should be escalated through Pikett to the relevant SME.-Onsite study/execution support. This person does not replace onsite support for the process or validation activities.Responsibilities-Own the execution of the Ocrevus sampling plan. This includes organizing sampling plan activities on a shift to shift basis, monitoring the progress of these activities, escalating any risks, and ensuring a clear handoff of activities between shifts.-Ensures effective completion of daily sampling activities from preparation through transfer ofthe samples for shipment storage. This includes ensuring adequate materials are available and in place, communicating sample locations and times to the shift, verifying that samples were taken, aliquoted, and labelled, confirming that relevant data is inputted into the right system or documents, and checking that the samples were handed over to the right shipment/storage team.Skills-Strong organizational and project management skills. Capable of keeping track of numerous simultaneous tasks.-Good interpersonal skills. This person will need to be an effective communicator between sample requestors and sample takers as well as clearly pass on activities from one shift to the next.-Previous experience working in a GMP environment. Some process knowledge is a plus-Fluent in German
