BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
* Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.
* Deliver help desk support and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.
* Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems as required.
* Support VIP users and ensure high-quality customer service.
* Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Conduct user training and provide technical guidance when required.
* Prepare and maintain reports related to system performance, incidents, maintenance, and service activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Accept, manage, and complete all assigned service calls within agreed service levels.
* Participate effectively in a global support environment and contribute to team objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on IT Support experience.
* Fluent in French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
* Experience working in virtual and globally distributed teams.
* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
